SAL and SPL Infinite PL Sign MoU to Develop and Enable Joint Digital Logistics Solutions

SAL Logistics Services, the national leader in cargo handling, logistics solutions, and supply chain management in the Kingdom, announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SPL Digital Services. The agreement aims to establish a commercial and operational framework for strategic collaboration between both parties to develop and enable joint digital logistics solutions and services. The MoU was signed on the sidelines of the 7th Supply Chain Conference held in Riyadh from 15–16 December.

Under the MoU, the two entities will collaborate during the cooperation period to design, develop, deploy, and enhance joint digital logistics solutions across SAL’s business units, including e-commerce, pharmaceutical logistics, postal services, ground handling, and additional service lines to be agreed upon later. This collaboration supports both companies in advancing sophisticated digital products and services tailored for express carriers, merchants, and freight forwarders, enabling the delivery of comprehensive, integrated digital logistics solutions aligned with global best practices.
The activation of these digital services aims to unify data flow, enhance information quality for operational decision-makers, and improve the customer experience from first mile to post-delivery. Dedicated working groups and joint steering committees will oversee the implementation of initiatives, monitor performance, and ensure continuous enhancement of shared projects, supporting the strategic objectives of both parties and maximizing their impact on the Kingdom’s logistics ecosystem.
