Saudi Esports Federation Launches ‘Level Up’ Program Through the Saudi Esports Academy in Collaboration with Vanguard

The Saudi Esports Federation, through the Saudi Esports Academy, has launched the ‘Level Up’ Program in collaboration with Vanguard, one of Saudi Arabia’s leading gaming and esports companies. The program is designed to provide Academy graduates with hands-on industry experience by immersing them in the live operational activities of the PRIME League, helping prepare them for professional careers in the esports sector.

The program reflects the Academy’s continued commitment to bridging education and professional practice, giving graduates the opportunity to apply their training within a live esports environment under the supervision of industry specialists. Through the collaboration, Vanguard brings its operational esports expertise to the program, providing participants with direct exposure to live league delivery and guidance from industry professionals.

The program features two specialized tracks, Operations Management and Refereeing, designed to provide participants with practical experience in tournament operations, match administration, operational processes, the implementation of rules and regulations, cross-functional team coordination, reporting, and professional communication.

Delivered over a two-week period for each cohort, the program takes place within the live operational environment of the PRIME League. At the end of the program, participants will receive an individual professional evaluation, tailored developmental feedback, and a joint certificate of completion awarded by the Saudi Esports Academy and Vanguard.
